Claudine Rinner (born 1965) is a French amateur astronomer who has given her name to a minor planet and was awarded the Edgar Wilson Award award for discovering three comets. ==Life==
Rinner lives at Ottmarsheim in Alsace in France. She is an amateur astronomer who had a minor planet ''Rinner'' named after her in 1999. The minor planet was discovered on 9 September 1999 by L.Bernasconi. She discovered three comets using a 0.5 metre robotic telescope located in Morocco.
